Final Exam Information
     The Office of Student Administration coordinates the Doctor of Optometry final exam schedule. The OD final exam schedule supersedes the IU Schedule of Classes published schedule. Please download the Final exam schedule PDF here. (Students who are not following the standard OD curriculum may have some conflicts that still need to be addressed. Those students affected should talk with Student Administration staff in OP 310.)

Clinic Swap and Professional Leave Request Forms
     Please download & return signed forms to Brian Page, OPT Room 307
          • Clinic Swap Form needs to be signed by both involved parties and the clinic consultant.
          • Professional Leave Form needs to be signed by clinic consultant and Jennifer Arbogast in Central Scheduling (located behind payments at AECC).
