Chief complaint
Mr. KC (a 27-year-old male) reported mild redness, slight discomfort, and blurring OD for 3 days.

History
Key ocular history: Positive tree branch injury 3 days ago.

Exam

OD OS
Best corrected visual acuity: 20/30 20/20
Slit lamp:
microcorneal perforation microcorneal perforation with fluorescein
eye slightly inflamed, white haze in cornea, slightly decreased anterior chamber depth

within normal limits
IOPs (applanation tonometry): 5mmHg 15mmHg

Assessment
Fluorescein showed small corneal micro-perforation with positive Seidel's sign)

Plan/Treatment Bandage contact lens. Healed quickly leaving mild scar.
