Preseptal cellulitis in association usually with horedeoli, Dr. Grogg uses Dicloxacillin and Keflex interchangeably. If patient has penicillin allergy, then uses Azithromycin. |

Chlamydia infections: Azithromycin is treatment of choice. |

Orbital pain associated with sinusitis: Always do a combination of antibiotic and decongestant: Zpac and Guiamax-D. If choosing a different antibiotic for this purpose, it should be indicated for the treatment of sinusitis.
