An 87-year-old white female presented with a chief complaint of "blurry vision in right eye."
The Clues
- History of cataract extraction and YAG capsulotomy OS
- Hypertension
- Entrance testing was non-contributory.
- BVA: 20/70 OD, 20/20 OS
- NS cataract OD and a centered IOL OS with open capsule
