A 72-year-old white female presented with a chief complaint of blurry vision OS since trabeculectomy performed the previous week.
The Clues
- Hypertension
- Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) for 7 years
- Recent history of ALT-induced pressure spike, non-responsive to intense medical therapy
- BVA 20/20 OD, hand motion at 5 feet OS
- Fixed pupil OS
- IOP 18 mmHg OD and 02 mmHg OS
- Slit lamp exam revealed flat anterior chamber OS, 2+ nuclear sclerosis OU. No leak at bleb site OS
- Fundus OD remarkable only for glaucomatous optic nerve head changes; fundus OS as shown below
