AECC will be CLOSED on Saturday, November 14. THANKSGIVING HOURS: AECC will close at Noon on Wednesday, November 25 and will repoen at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 30. Due to the altered schedule, the Eyewear Center will be open from 8 a.m. until Noon on November 25.
	Appointments You may call us for an eye examination appointment. Appointments are not necessary to visit our eyewear center, but please be sure to check in at the main desk when you arrive. Patient Information and History Forms To facilitate your check-in process when you come in for your appointment, you are welcome to download, print, and fill out the forms ahead of time.
