Please remember to bring your insurance card to your appointment; otherwise, you will need to make full payment of services rendered and optical materials purchased that day. All copays and deductibles are due at the time of service.

We accept major credit cards. IU students presenting valid student ID cards may elect to have their bills submitted to the Bursar's office. You may pay your bill online at http://www.opt.indiana.edu/clinics/iupayplus.htm.

Our eye care centers accept a wide variety of vision insurance and governmental assistance programs. The following is a list of programs to which we will submit claims on behalf of our patients. If our eye care centers do not participate in your insurance plan, you will be responsible for submitting the bill/claim to your insurer.
