Partnerships . . .
The Eye Care Community Outreach program recently received a number of grants for the continuation of the program and to assist patients with eye exams, surgeries, and materials such as glasses. The ECCO program seeks to improve vision health care by coordinating vision care resources that will provide uninsured and underinsured residents access to donated professional eye care. In addition, ECCO provides vision information, referrals, and education--and assists with any other medical or social needs the individual may have.
