Appropriate choice of reference axis for reporting pupil functions of eyes.

Standard data sets suitable for testing computer algorithms designed to compute coefficients of the pupil aberration function and the pupil transmission function and related metrics of image quality.

Specifications for the construction of physical model eyes suitable for testing experimental methodologies for measuring the eye's pupil function.

A procedure for periodic review and refinement of the taskforce's recommendations.
