Note: the order was given backwards at OSA-99. that is, I said
- Z(2) = sqrt(2*(1+1))*( +1.*r.*cos(1*t))
- Z(3) = sqrt(2*(1+1))*( +1.*r.*sin(1*t))
but as of 16Nov99 we are using
- Z(2) = sqrt(2*(1+1))*( +1.*r.*sin(1*t))
- Z(3) = sqrt(2*(1+1))*( +1.*r.*cos(1*t))
