Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree Program

The Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree is offered by the IU School of Optometry. It requires fulfillment of a bachelor's degree (before or after enrollment in the O.D. program), including all pre-optometry requirements and satisfactory completion of the four-year professional curriculum. Holders of this degree are eligible to apply for examinations for licensure by state optometry boards throughout the nation.
