Dr. Danielle Teel received her B.S. degree in Biomedical Health Science in 2000 from Grand Valley State University prior to her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 2004. During the following year, she completed a residency in Pediatrics/Binocular Vision at Indiana University School of Optometry and was involved in the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group (PEDIG). Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Vision Science and has been involved in the Thibos lab for the last 2 years. She is also pursuing research interests in the Infant Vision Studies lab and hopes to complete her Ph.D. by the end of 2009.
