Research Interests: Creation of a glaucomatous rat model to better characterize changes that may occur under pathological conditions. Secondly, the continuous assessment of changes in the normal characteristics of retinal ganglion cell structure and function via fluorescence microscopy and electrophysiological recordings, respectively. Pressure changes over time will also be observed during disease progression. |
